Amidst move to pacify Russia-Ukraine crisis and Putin’s adamance, President Trump has warned of Russia’s fall.

The United States President Donald Trump, on Sunday, hit Russian President Vladimir Putin and his counterpart, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, over Russia’s escalated, overnight attacks on Ukraine.

President Trump also acceded to elongate the deadline for a 50% tariff on the European Union. He nailed Harvard on Sunday, querying the University’s transparency and demanding that it disclose its foreign students’ identities.

On the Hill of the Capitol, the House passed the “One Big Beautiful Hill Act” to finance Trump’s local policies. It is now taken to the Senate, where it might be changed.

The United States President warns that Russia might fall if President Vladimir Putin tries to conquer the whole of Russia, and this might also result to the ‘fall of Russia’’

The United States President also nailed Zelenskyy for his remark on the ongoing war.

“Likewise, President Zelenskyy is doing his Country no favors by talking the way he does. Everything out of his mouth causes problems, I don’t like it, and it better stop,” Trump wrote.

On Sunday night, while speaking with the media in Washington DC, President Donald Trump was quizzed over Russia’s overnight attacks on Ukraine.

In response, Trump expressed his distaste at Russian President Vladimir Putin for the attacks, which claimed many lives, while dialogues were ongoing, and said he was considering imposing more sanctions on Russia.

“I’m not happy with what Putin is doing. He’s killing a lot of people, and I don’t know what the hell happened to Putin.

“I’ve known him a long time. Always gotten along with him, but he’s sending rockets into cities and killing people, and I don’t like it at all,” Trump said.

“We’re in the middle of talking, and he’s shooting rockets into Kiev and other cities. I don’t like it at all,” Trump added, as he stressed that he was “surprised” by the attacks.

In the post of Ukraine’s Air Force to Telegram on Sunday, it is stated that Russia launched a sum of 367 “air attack vehicles”−which included nine Iskander ballistic missiles, 56 cruise missiles, four guided air missiles and 298 attack drones−across the country.

The attacks made if fourth consecutive night during which Russia launched more than 100 missiles and drones into Ukraine, according to Ukrainian air force figures.

The claim came despite the start to a multi-day prisoner swap process on Friday and in-process U.S.-brokered peace talks.

Trump Extends Deadline For 50% Tariffs On EU to July 9

In a post on Trump-owned social media platform, Truth, on Sunday, President Donald Trump disclosed that he had agreed to extend the 50% tariffs on the European Union.

The deadline has now been moved to July 9. Trump announced.

Trump’s decision came following a phone conversation with Ursula von der Leven, the President of European Commission.

“I received a call today from Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, requesting an extension on the June 1st deadline on the 50% Tariff with respect to Trade and the European Union,” Trump posted.

“I agreed to the extension — July 9, 2025 — It was my privilege to do so,” he added.

Trump Requests Identities Of Harvard Foreign Students

President Donald Trump continued to nag about identities of Harvard University’s foreign students, claiming that some of the students came from countries that do not have the love and good interest of the United States at heart.

Trump quarried Harvard’s transparency and requested that it disclose the foreign students’ identities and their countries, especially considering the monetary aid it received from the United States government.

“We want to know who those foreign students are, a reasonable request since we give Harvard BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, but Harvard isn’t exactly forthcoming. We want those names and countries,” Trump wrote.

President Donald Trump’s post came following his administration’s effort to revoke Harvard University’s license to enroll foreign students.

In the regard, a court hearing has been set to determine if the temporary restriction should be prolonged. The hearing is set to hold on Thursday.

Russia-Ukraine War continues to rage on with many lives and properties lost, and number of casualties keeps rising. it remains to be seen if the ends to it is near or far as it does not appear that President Putin is not ready to bring it to an end.
