• Tinubu Urges Plateau State Governor to Include Hausa/Fulani in his Cabinet, and also Recognize Them as Indigenes

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has called on political leaders in Plateau State to embrace inclusive governance by appointing members of the Hausa/Fulani community to key positions in the state government and recognizing them as indigenes of the state.

The President made the remarks during a high-level dialogue meeting with political, traditional, and religious leaders at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

  • Goldman Sachs Lowers 2027 Brent Oil Price Forecast Over Supply Growth, Demand Risks

Goldman Sachs has reduced its forecast for Brent crude oil prices in 2027, citing expectations of increased global oil supply and growing concerns over weaker demand.

The investment bank said rising production from major oil-producing countries, coupled with uncertainties surrounding global economic growth, could place downward pressure on oil prices in the coming years.

Analysts noted that slower economic activity in key markets and the increasing adoption of alternative energy sources may affect long-term demand for crude oil.

The revised outlook comes as energy markets continue to monitor geopolitical developments, production policies by major exporters, and changing consumption patterns worldwide.

Fuelling our inner sense and mind with calm allows us to tap into our creative potential. It helps access new sources of inspiration.

Everyone deserves a break to fuel their inner sense and mind with calm. A time when you just want to unplug for a while to take off stress and bask in self care.

This article is a wake-up call and an encouragement post to nudge you towards taking a break, just because you deserve it.

Your inner mind is yelling, trying to get your attention through the chaos of day-to-day activities.

Yet, you are trying so hard to push through, when all you need is a break to pay attention to yourself.

It is important to ensure that you take time out to nurture yourself.

Moment of self-care can get you back into doing cutesy and mindful things

Our mind, body and soul are unique and it is very important to nurture and pay attention to our physical and emotional state.

The moment of choosing between self-care and sacrifice is now. Ignoring the signs will only lead us to a much deeper level of discomfort.

A lot of us push ourselves to rest only when we are stressed out.

The truth is that you do not need to seek inner peace and happiness only in time of stress. It does not work that way.

There is a level of understanding that comes with been in tune with our state of mind and general well-being.

Fuelling our inner sense and mind with calm
It’s the joy that fill our heart when we prioritise self-care

I am a believer in connecting my inner-self, practicing mindfulness and generally just doing things that foster peace and calmness.

It is normal as humans to be overwhelmed or lose momentum.

That is why it is important to make an intentional effort towards fueling our inner sense and mind with calm.

Our individual self care practice is distinctively different from each other, it is personalized and intentional.

There are a whole bunch of things that can get in our way of enjoying and experiencing the bliss that comes with indulging in self-care.

It is important to ensure that you take time out to nurture yourself because moment of self-care can get you back into doing cutesy and mindful things.

It is not selfish to love yourself. Take care of yourself and to make your happiness a priority. – Mandy Hale

Someone said that the best wealth you can tune into is your health, I agree!

It is important as individuals to unplug for a while. It doesn’t really matter if you choose to put your feet up

Sit in a quiet place meditate, soaked up in bubble bath or just chill with a glass of wine.

Sometimes we take for granted able bodied and sound health, this ought not to be so.

Fueling Our Inner Sense And Mind With Calm

My point is that, away from hustling and buzzling, fashion and what not, it is very important to detach a bit to soak up in great self care.

The benefits of Fueling our inner sense and mind with calm cannot be over-emphasized.

These intentional self-care practices will leave you refreshed, revived, relaxed and rejuvenated

1: Be present: in order to live in a state of tranquility where you are at peace with yourself, you need to be fully present.

Things that negatively affect others like worrying, anxiety, stress will likely not find their way to you when you are fully present with yourself.

Remember we only have this moment, so live it, love it, embrace and enjoy it.

2: Practice mindfulness: Been present is an antidote to practicing mindfulness. Be thoughtful and honor your feelings, take stock of the past and current event and how they make your feel.

Take note of events around you and your well-being and how they ultimately make you feel.

Be positive in your thought as this will reflect in the form of the choices you make.

3: Have a positive mindset: There is a feeling of positivity that comes with having a positive mindset.  With this everything seems and feels possible.

Cultivate the habit of having a positive mindset and watch to see, your life gets better and better.

This will naturally  gravitate your energy towards positivity, making your goals align.

4: Be intentional about self care: Self care is not a buzzword or an hashtag, it is being intentional.

One of the ways you can take care of your physical, mental and emotional well-being is to be intentional about it.

5: Stay grateful: Gratitude does not focus on what is going wrong. It focuses on what is going right and trusting that things will get better. Be grateful for life and the gift of living.

6: Find a good support system: living is such an heroic act. It sometimes takes resilience, determination and staying hopeful to get going.

Clearly, we can’t do life alone. We need an amazing support from family and friends in order to foster a much more deeper connection.

Spending quality time with the people you love in that moment of togetherness can bring peace. It can also balance to your well-being.
