How Morganable Is Organised
Structure exists to protect the quality of the work.
Morganable is an independent African newspaper and public-interest knowledge institution. Its organisation therefore cannot be reduced to a conventional newsroom hierarchy.
Journalism, research, data, intelligence, audiovisual production, knowledge architecture, retrieval, programmes and observatories have different professional requirements. Morganable’s organisational model seeks to preserve those differences while allowing strong work to travel across them.
